The apartment was clean and had location close to the farm, and beautiful beaches. All the staff were helpful, thanks a lot guys. Could use a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave, admired views of garden. I enjoyed its private bathroom. It was in a marvellous place;)))

we had an amazing weekend trip in bodmin and demelza cottage exceeded our expectations! the owner, kim, was so welcoming and gave us great local tips. the location was perfect with easy access to the airport and attractions like heligan and eden project. the cottage itself was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. we even got to feed the animals on the grounds!

The location of the apartment was superb, allowing us to easily explore Cornwall. the apartment itself was beautifully designed and cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. We were able to enjoy breakfast outside in the farm, surrounded by horses, dogs, ducks, and hens. the staff was friendly and helpful, even leaving fresh milk and baked cakes for our arrival. the apartment provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The spiral staircase to access the building could be challenging for those with mobility issues.

We had a fantastic week at Demelza Cottage Apartment! The value for money was great, with a beautifully designed and comfortable room, complete with a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect for exploring Cornwall, nestled in the peaceful countryside with easy access to top attractions. The owner, Kim, was friendly and accommodating, even baking us a delicious cake for our arrival. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better was a wider selection of options.

We enjoyed having breakfast outside in the farm, where we got to meet the horses, dogs, ducks, and hens. the location was convenient for exploring Cornwall, with easy access to beaches and attractions like Heligan and the Eden Project. It was a relaxing week and we would highly recommend staying at Demelza Cottage. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. 🌟.
